Vintage Victorian Lace High Collar Blouse-Study. Beautiful Lace Embroidery throughout the entire top. Tops button up from the left side from the waist to the collar. Wear and damage to collar. Break in lace on right shoulder area of the blouse . Due to size and wear blouse could not button fully on mannequin.

Condition: Fair Condition. Collar is heavily damage and partly detached. Collar can be removed. There are some breaks in lace ( view photos) on the right shoulder. All buttons are attached to the top. Overall fair condition for age.
